The Butcher Barn

Oxford County’s newest butcher shop is located in a 150-year-old barn just outside East-Zorra Tavistock on Road 8. Owner, Chris is well-known in the area and has been working in the industry since he was 12 years old. Chris prides himself most on the technique used for smoking meat without the use of liquid smoke. The Butcher Barn's smoked meats are brined and take a week to make. There are no fillers or additives and it is all gluten-free. For high-quality, delicious pork products, The Butcher Barn is the place to go in Oxford County, and we proudly carry their products in the Farm & Table store!
